Canceling Your Subscription

If you no longer need SummarAIze, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Here’s what happens when you cancel and how to reactivate your account if needed.

Where to Cancel Your Subscription

• Navigate to the Billing tab in your account settings.
• Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm.

What Happens to Your Content After Cancellation?

🔹 During Your Billing Cycle:

• You will still have full access to your files until your subscription officially ends.

🔹 After Your Subscription Ends:

• Files older than 30 days will no longer be accessible.
• Files uploaded within the last 30 days will remain available.

🔹 If More Than 30 Days Have Passed:

• All files will be inaccessible, and you will need to resubscribe to reactivate your account.
• Resubscribing does not guarantee file recovery after extended inactivity.

Can You Reactivate Your Account?

Yes! You can resubscribe at any time by selecting a new plan in the Billing tab.

• If you reactivate within 30 days, your recent files will still be available.
• If more than 30 days have passed, some or all of your files may no longer be accessible.
