How to Set Up Your Account

Setting up your SummarAIze account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Sign Up

You can sign up using either an email and password or a Google account.

  • If you sign up with Google, you can access your account immediately.
  • If you sign up with email and password, you will receive a verification code via email. Enter this code to verify your account before proceeding.

Step 2: Set Up Your Brand Kit

After creating your account, navigate to the Brand Kit tab. Setting up your Brand Kit helps SummarAIze generate content that aligns with your style and preferences. Here’s what you can configure:

  • Speaker Names: Save frequently used names for better recognition.
  • Keywords & Misspellings: Ensure accuracy by adding important terms.
  • Style & Formatting Rules: Define how your content should look and sound.

Step 3: Install and Customize Templates

Next, go to the Templates tab to set up the content assets you want SummarAIze to generate.

  • Pre-installed Templates: You’ll have templates installed by default when you sign up.
  • Uninstall Unneeded Templates: Remove any templates you don’t plan to use.
  • Create Custom Templates: If you need a specific content type not listed, create a custom template by:
  • Writing your own prompt.
  • Copying an existing template.
  • Using the Template Wizard for guidance.

Step 4: Upload Your First File

Once your Brand Kit and Templates are set up, head to the upload page your first file to start generating content assets.
