Once your file is processed, SummarAIze generates a variety of content assets based on your installed templates. Here’s how to access, view, and manage them.

Where to Find Your Generated Content

There are two ways to access your content assets:

1. Immediately After Upload

• Once you confirm your speakers, click the "To Results" button.
• This will take you to the Results Page, where assets will load in real time as they are generated.

2. From the Dashboard

• Navigate to the Dashboard Page, where all your files are stored.
• Files are sorted by recent uploads for easy access.
• Use the Search Bar at the top of the Dashboard to find previously uploaded files.
• Use pagination at the bottom of the Recent Uploads Table to browse older files.

How Content Assets Are Displayed

On the Results Page, assets are displayed in a table format.

• Click on an asset to open, copy, edit, or improve the content.
• Assets are generated based on your installed templates.

Editing & Improving Assets

• Click Edit Text to make manual changes.
• Click Save after editing to keep your changes.
• Use Improve with AI to refine the asset with AI suggestions.
• Changes made with Improve with AI are automatically saved.
• View previous versions at the bottom of the asset using pagination.

Using Ask SummarAIze for Custom Requests

Want additional edits or custom content? Use Ask SummarAIze:

• Click the Ask SummarAIze button to ask questions or request new content.
• Use the Create Custom Asset box to generate new content based on your file.
• Custom Assets created through the Create Custom Assets box will be saved to the results table.

⚠️ Important: Responses from Ask SummarAIze are not automatically saved unless you click "💾". Assets generated via Create Custom Asset will be saved directly in the results table.
