Where to Invite Team Members

If you're on a paid subscription, you can invite unlimited team members to collaborate on your SummarAIze account. Here’s how to do it.

  1. Go to the "Settings" Page in your SummarAIze account.
  2. Look for the "Team" section.
  3. Enter their email addresses and click "Invite."
  4. Your team members will receive an email invitation to join your account.

Who Can Invite Team Members?

βœ”οΈ Paid Subscription Users – Can invite unlimited team members.

❌ Free Trial Users – Cannot add additional users to their account.

What Can Team Members Do?

Once added, team members will have full access to:

  • Upload and process files
  • View and manage content assets
  • Edit and create templates
  • Access brand kits
  • Manage billing (depending on role settings)
