Brand Kit Help Guide
Accessing Your Brand Kit
Navigate to the Brand Kit section in your SummarAIze account dashboard. Select the specific Brand Kit you want to update. Go to the Templates tab to manage the templates assigned to that Brand Kit.
Managing Templates
Only templates currently installed in the Brand Kit will run when you upload files using that kit. You can uninstall any templates you donβt need to prevent them from running. Reorder the templates by dragging to control the order they appear in your output results.
Adding More Templates from the Marketplace
Go to the Marketplace tab within the Brand Kit interface. The Marketplace features over 100 ready-made templates including social media posts, blog drafts, YouTube titles, recap emails, and more. Click to add and install any templates you want to use immediately.
Using Your Custom Templates
Under the Created by Me tab, you will find all templates you have built. You can reuse, edit, or install these templates in one or more Brand Kits. To edit a template, simply click on it and modify the prompt, examples, or tags as needed. Add example outputs to guide the tone, style, and format of your generated content. Use tags to categorize and organize your templates for quick access.
Creating New Templates
Click the Create New Template button to start building a custom template from scratch. Use the Template Wizard to guide you step-by-step in creating well-structured and effective prompts. You can also copy existing templates from your list or the Marketplace and customize them to fit your needs.
Working with Multiple Brand Kits
Create multiple Brand Kits to manage different content types, shows, or clients. Assign unique templates to each Brand Kit to streamline your workflow and get cleaner results. There is no limit to how many Brand Kits you can create.
Troubleshooting & Tips
Templates not running? Ensure templates are installed in the Brand Kit you are using. Need more variety? Browse and add templates from the Marketplace. Edit templates easily by clicking on a template to customize prompts or update examples. Stay organized by tagging your templates for faster searching and management.
