📦 How to Get More Credits
Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance:
Plan
Monthly Credits
Creator - 350
Content Manager - 800
Business - 2,500
If you run out of credits, you can purchase one-time credit packs:
Pack Size
100 credits - $12
500 credits - $45
1000 credits - $80
2000 credits - $150
Credit packs expire when your plan resets each month. Treat them as a one-time increase in credits. If you consistently find yourself buying credits packs, we recommend upgrading your plan.
📊 Viewing Your Balance
Your current credit balance is always visible at the bottom left of your dashboard.

✅ What Are Credits?
Credits are used to generate content inside SummarAIze. They apply to:
- Running templates on uploaded files
- Using Improve with AI to enhance existing content
- Asking questions or prompts through Ask SummarAIze
- Generating video clips using the Clips template
🧠 Credit Usage by Feature
Here’s how credits are used across different parts of the platform:
1. Templates
When you upload a file, SummarAIze runs the templates assigned to the file’s Brand Kit.
- 1 credit per asset generated
- For example, if a template generates 3 LinkedIn posts, that’s 3 credits.
2. Improve with AI
Use Improve with AI to rewrite, rephrase, or enhance your content.
- 1 credit per improvement request
- You’ll see your credit usage before confirming any change
3. Ask SummarAIze
Ask SummarAIze lets you create custom content in a chat-like interface.
- 1 credit per message submitted
- You can ask for summaries, blog posts, tweets, emails, and more
4. Clips Template
The Clips template automatically pulls the best moments from your content.
- 1 credit per run of the template
- The AI will generate as many or as few clips as it finds relevant—there’s no additional charge per clip
