Managing your SummarAIze subscription is simple. Whether you want to upgrade for more minutes, downgrade to a smaller plan, or cancel, here’s what you need to know.

Where to Manage Your Subscription

  • Go to the Billing tab in your account settings.
  • From here, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.

Accepted Payment Methods

All major debit and credit cards are accepted from customers worldwide.

What Happens When You Upgrade?

  • Upgrades take effect immediately—your new minutes (credits) are available right away.
  • Your billing cycle remains the same, but the new plan will be reflected in your next invoice.

What Happens When You Downgrade?

  • You will keep your current plan’s hours until the end of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrading does not result in losing access to your files.
  • The new lower-tier plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What Happens When You Cancel?

  • Once your subscription ends, you will lose access to files older than 30 days.
  • If you resubscribe within 30 days, you can recover your files.
  • After 30 days, older files may be permanently deleted.
